Family Planting Night Weed N Feed

Join us for a Family Planting Weed N Feed at Youth Garden Project! This is a family friendly, free event. Enjoy or community garden space and help us plant the seeds for produce this growing season! Garden work starts at 6 with a FREE garden fresh meal to follow.  Everyone is welcome, so bring the whole family!

In an effort to promote community service and to help our staff maintain the garden, YGP hosts Weed ‘N’ Feed nights every other Wednesday April through mid-October (with a break from the heat in July).  Community members or visitors of all ages are welcome to come help weed in the garden for about 1.5 hours, and then enjoy a nutritious meal with freshly harvested garden ingredients together. Weed ‘N’ Feeds are a great way to learn about gardening & to socialize with fellow community members. No need to rsvp, just meet on the YGP patio at 6pm!
